Searching and Selecting Organizations

In the Search and Select Organizations panel you can:

Click the pagination icon, to toggle between viewing a paginated list of service packages and the entire list of service packages.

Search and Select Organizations

In the Search and Select Organizations panel,

Specify whether to allocate service packages to all organizations or to specific organizations. The options available are: Search and Select Organizations, Select All Organizations.

Click Next.

Select the search criteria from the drop-down list. The options available are: Search by Name, Search by Business Category, Search by Service Name, Search by Mail Host, Search by Attach Quota, Search by Keywords, Search by City, Search by State.

Enter the value to be searched in the text field.

Click Search. A list of organizations matching the search criteria including the organization name, domain name, and number of users details are displayed in the table.

Select one or multiple Organization from the list, and then click Next.

The Enter Quantity of Service Packages to Allocate panel is displayed.

Viewing Service Package Details

The view option enables you to view a service package’s details before selecting it.

To view service package details, select a service package from the list and then click View/Compare.

Comparing Service Package Details

The compare option enables you to compare the service package details before deciding on the service package to be allocated to an organization.

To compare service package details

Select multiple Service packages from the list and then click View/Compare.

A comparative view of the service packages including their property details such as Mail Quota, IMAP Access, IMAP SSL Access, POP Access, POP SSL Access, Attachment Size Limit are displayed in the Compare Service Packages window.

Click Close to exit the Compare Service Packages window.
