Properties
In the Properties page, you can view and edit the following properties of an organization:
Click Save, to save the property changes.
Organization Information
Enter the following organization details in this page:
Organization Name. Displays the organization name.
Business Category. Enter the business category.
Description. Enter a description for the organization.
Search Keywords. Enter keywords to be used to search the organization.
Business Organization Name. The business organization name is displayed.
Contact Information
Enter the following contact details:
Postal Address. Enter the postal address details such as Street, City, State, Zip, Postal Code, Post Office Box number.
Telephone. Enter the telephone number.
Fax. Enter the fax number.
Administrators
From this section, you can Add Service Provider Administrator to the list of administrators or remove administrators from the list.
Domain Information
The default mail domain names are displayed.
You can enter multiple mail domain names separated by comma in the text field.
Click Save, to save the main account information details.
Note
The Domain Information section will not be displayed in the Properties page, if you have logged in as a Top Level Administrator.
Mail Service
You can edit the following mail service details :
Attachment Quota. Displays the attachment size per message.
Catch-all Address. Specify an address to be substituted for any address in the domain, that doesn’t match any user or group in the domain.
Postmaster. The postmaster group allows messages sent to the address postmaster@<domain> to be delivered to all the members of the group. The postmaster group is created and displayed when the domain is a fully qualified domain and the mail service is assigned to the domain.
DSN ‘From’ Address. Enter the email address for delivery status notification.
Domain Welcome Message. Enter the welcome message.
Domain Disk Quota. Specify the disk quota for all users in a domain
Mail Service Status. Select the mail service status from the drop-down list. The options available are: Active, Inactive, Deleted, Hold.
Mail Host. Select the server name to be used for storing messages.
Click Save to save the property details.
