Mail Account Information

Enter the following mail account information in this panel:

Mail Host. Displays the mail host name.

Note	Only a Service Provider Administrator can see the Mail Host field and edit its details.

Email Address. Enter the user’s email address. The email address consists of the login ID followed by a domain name selected from the drop down list.

For example: jj12345@verizonmail.com.

Email Aliases. Enter the user’s email aliases separated by a comma.

Mail Delivery Option

Local Inbox. Select this option to use the mail address mentioned in the “To:” field of a message.
Forwarding Address. Select this option and enter email addresses separated by a comma.

Billing ID. Enter the billing ID for the user.

Mail Service Status. Select the mail service status. The options available are: Active Inactive, Deleted, Hold.

Click Next to enter the authentication details.

Click Previous to view the Select Service Package panel.

Click Cancel to exit the wizard.
