The following tasks can be performed from the All Service Packages page:

Searching and Allocating Service Packages

In the Select Service Package page, you can search for service packages by name, mail quota, and attachment size limit.

  1. Select a search criteria from the drop-down list and enter the package name in the text field.
  2. You can enter wild card characters such as *, ? in the text field to represent one or more characters when you are searching for service packages. For example, if you are looking for a service that you know starts with “Silver” but you cannot remember the rest of the category details, type “Silver*” in the text field to locate all service packages that begin with “Silver”. Use the question mark to substitute for a single character in a name. For example, if you type Silver?.2, all service packages matching Silver such as Silver 1.2, Silver 2.2 will be displayed.

  3. Click Search. A list of service packages matching the search criteria including their Name, Mail Quota, Max Mailbox KB and Max Messages are displayed. The table can be customized to display a certain number of Service Packages on a page.
  4. For more information on how to customize the table settings, see Customizing the Settings of a Table.
